脂质体药物载体的研究进展

ABSTRACTBy enumerating and introducing the research progress of liposome drug carrier at homeand abroad,this paper summarizes the current research progress and shortcomings of thisresearch at home and abroad through comparison and analysis,and then analyzes thedevelopment direction of liposome drug carrier.Domestic research focuses on seekingbreakthroughs in new liposomes and preparation methods to achieve better clinical use effects,while foreign countries are more inclined to study the transportation mode of liposomes drugcarriers so that they can reach the focal site more accurately,effectively and quickly.Key words:liposome,Drug carrier,Research progress
