Regulation Policy and Regulation Mechanism of China'sPayments BalanceABSTRACTIn recent years,China's international balance of payments has been improving,but the negative impact still exists,such as foreign exchange increased significantlyincreased domestic inflationary pressures,trade friction intensified,the increase inexports to the domestic environment,the impact of resources and other issues are stillhighlighted.The policy of balance of payments adjustment is a necessary means forcountries to achieve balance of payments,but also an important tool for a country toachieve internal and external balance.The diversity of the balance of payments policyhas provided countries with broad action options,but also requires countries to bemore cautious in making policy choices.Therefore,China must constantly adjust thebalance of payments policy,and strive to find a reasonable and feasible balance ofpayments adjustment mechanism to improve China's imbalances,so as to better dealwith such as inflation,appreciation of the renminbi,trade friction and a series ofdomestic and foreign issues The On the basis of expounding the related concepts andcontents of the balance of payments,this paper reviews the history and currentsituation of the development and adjustment of China's balance of payments policyand regulation mechanism,and further analyzes the main factors of China's currentinternational balance of payments imbalances.Suggestions on China 's Balance ofPayments Policy and Regulatory Mechanism.Key Words:balance of payments;regulation policy;adjustment mechanisml
