Middle class preschool teacher praises behavior in collective teaching activitiesObservational studiesAbstract In the "appreciation of education"prevalent today,praise has become an important wayto evaluate children.Adult's praise behavior has certain influence on children's self-formation andself-confidence.This study takes the middle class teachers in X garden of suqian city as theresearch object,observes the teachers'praise behavior in the collective education activities,andfinds that the teachers'praise behavior is more prone to immediate praise in the praise time.It iseasier to praise female infants in the object of praise,and the individual praise is more than thecollective praise;In the praise type,the oral praise is the main;Process oriented praise is more inpraise orientation;In most cases,children will show positive reactions and cheerful emotions.There are some problems in the behavior of praise,such as the object of praise is notcomprehensive,the behavior that leads to praise is single,and the form of praise is single.Theresearchers also analyzed the factors that influence the behavior of preschool teachers:thefactors of preschool teachers themselves,the lack of kindergarten related training and theinfluence of traditional education.Some educational Suggestions are put forward to improve theeffectiveness of teachers'use of praise,such as improving teachers'quality of praise andstrengthening training in kindergartens.Key words preschool teachers praise behavior in the middle class第2页
