"Good Teacher in Children's Eyes-A Study of Teachers'Personality Traitsfrom the Perspective of ChildrenAbstract Childhood is the initial stage of the development of human's thinking and will,and isalso an important period for the formation of character and quality.Children's understanding of"good teachers"affects children's emotions about teachers,kindergartens and the world aroundthem.Understanding children's views on good teachers is more conducive to the development ofearly childhood education.Based on the existing research on teachers'personality traits,this article uses interviews,observations,documents,questionnaires,etc.To understand good teachers in the eyes ofchildren from different ages,genders,and temperament types.From the perspective of children,itputs forward reasonable suggestions for promoting the development of teachers'personality traits.According to the content of the interview,the researcher sums up the personality traits of teacherswho are loved by children from two aspects:external image and internal characteristics.In theresearch,we found that the personality traits of the extemal image of the teachers loved bychildren are beautiful,praising and industrious,and the personality traits of the internalcharacteristics are excellent professional skills,paying more attention to children,fairness andprestige.Based on this,the researcher thinks about the development and improvement ofteachers'personality traits,and puts forward the following suggestions for the development of newand old teachers'personality traits:to establish a correct outlook on children,pay attention toappearance and appearance,integrate both inside and outside,focus on the cultivation ofprofessional skills.It pays attention to children from various angles,maintains positive emotionsand affects children,and strengthens teacher training.Key word Good Teacher Children's PerspectivePersonality Traits
