Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Mathematics Volumeand Volume Unit Teaching in Primary School-Take R District S Primary School as an ExampleAbstract Unit of measurement is an important part of primary school mathematics,primary school stage is an important period for students to establish and improve thesense of quantity,in which the relevant learning content of volume and volume units ismore abstract than that of other units of measurement.Because of the thinkingcharacteristics of primary school students,this part of learning has some difficulty for them,but this part of the content is of great significance to the development of primary schoolstudents'thinking,which is conducive to the improvement of students'sense of quantity.Therefore,teachers need to better carry out this part of the teaching work.In thispaper ,218 students and 42 math teachers in grade four and grade six of primary schoolwere taken as the research subjects.There are some problems in the teaching of productunits,such as the absence of relevant concepts,the deviation of teaching objectives,theseparation of teaching from students'life,the lack of interaction between teachers andstudents,and the neglect of the application of knowledge.For this reason,this paper putsforward the improvement strategies of teachers'careful preparation of lessons in collegesand universities,thorough study of curriculum standards before,giving full play toeducational talents,changing the inherent teaching mode,and connecting knowledge withlife.Key words Primary school mathematics Volume,unit of volume Teaching
