Study on the Chinese classroom rewards in primary schoolsAbstract:Classroom reward is one of the important mechanisms to play a positive role inprimary school Chinese class.Classroom rewards are conducive to improving students'learningenthusiasm.cultivating their interest in the subject and positive emotions towards teachers,andare conducive to the development of students'intelligence and moral character.The currentsituation of Chinese classroom rewards in primary school is as follows:Some teachers can makegood use of it.Before the reward,they can make a careful plan.When the reward is implemented,they can strictly follow the standards.However,some teachers still need to improve their cognitiveskills and the ability and experience of using the reward system.This study took S primary schoolin sugian city as an example,through questionnaire survey,observation and other researchmethods,the author finds that there are some problems in classroom rewards,such as narrowreward scope,unpublicized and unfair reward,unclear reward standard,single reward method,too low or too high reward frequency,lack of timeliness and poor reward effect.The main reasonsare as follows:teachers'lack of correct recognition and plan of reward,teachers'deviation ofteaching concept,teachers'lack of democracy in making standards,teachers'lack of experienceand practice,etc.In order to avoid these problems and improve the effect of classroom rewards,the strategies are as follows:teachers should continuously improve their own ability,make goodpreparations before the reward,set and strictly implement the reward standard,accumulate moreexperience and practice,respect and pay attention to each student,reflect and improve constantly.The school organizes more training and communicates with parents.Key words:primary school student The language classroom Class reward第2页
