A study on the present situation and countermeasures of the cultivationof pupils'mathematical migration abilityAbstract Migration is the use of the former knowledge and the former skills in abrand new process.Migration is not only found in simple acquisition of knowledge andabilities,and learning and emotional attitudes are also reflected.Therefore,in terms of thecurrent elementary school mathematics teaching goal,learn and correct use oftransformation rules are particularly important.Migration of elementary mathematicsability not only conforms to the new curriculum standard,and better able to realize qualityeducation.the methods mainly used in the paper are literature analysis,questionnaire,statisticalanalysis.First the author collected and read a lot of documents related to migration,andhas a preliminary understanding of the development process of migration theory,basedon this,The significance and connotation of the cultivation of pupils'math transfer ability;Secondly,according to the way of questionnaire ,the suevey researches and analyzes theprimary school math teachers'mastery of migrating and using of migration,and thecurrent situation of Pupil's Math Transfer Ability.While taking advantage of the contents ofthe questionnaire Star statistical analysis the result shows that:in terms of teachers.Mostof the primary school math teacher think it of great necessary to using the law of migrationin teaching ,but they are puzzled about how to improve the students'ability in MathMigration Ability ,In the student community,although most of them have great passion formathematics,they have little leamning motivation.What's more,they don't have enoughconfidence in leaning math well;Finally,based on the related reference and thequestionnaire,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the elementary school students inthe learning of migration.And the paper will give the strategy to develop the skill ofmigration:to improve students'enthusiasm for mathematics learning,to seek for theconnection between mathematics knowledge,to create a reasonable teaching situation,2
