幼儿安全教育与管理问题的研究[摘要]《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》（以下简称《纲要》）明确指出：“要把保护幼儿生命安全和身心健康放在工作首位。”幼儿安全管理已被纳入幼儿园工作的重中之重，由此足以见其重要性和必要性。但通过相关的调查研究发现，幼儿园教育管理中存在着重安全保护、轻安全教育等问题，安全教育的有效性亟待提高，为此，笔者结合自身多年来的幼儿园从教经验，结合自己所掌握的相关理论知识，就此问题展开了如下分析和探讨。随着我国社会主义现代化建设的不断发展，我国对教育工作给予了高度重视，教育逐渐成为衡量综合国力、国家竞争力的一大标准。幼儿园教育作为我国教育事业中极为重要的组成部分，其安全管理的重要性不容小觑。因此，幼儿园的安全管理探讨有着重要的意义与价值。本文分析当前幼儿园的安全现状，并提出了幼儿园安全事故的处理及安全教育，以提高安全管理的实效性。安全管理是幼儿园管理的重要组成部分，也是正常教学的前提条件和师幼人身、财产安全的根本保障。每一次幼儿园安全事故的发生，都是在敲响幼儿园安全工作的警钟。因此，幼兒园的头等大事就是安全工作，做好安全工作是保证入园幼儿身心健康发展的基本途径，关系到家庭和社会的稳定。现在大部分孩子是独生子女，家长特别关注孩子的安全。因此加强安全管理力度是每一个幼儿园的首要任务[关键词]幼儿：安全：管理Research on safety education and management of children[Abstract]the guiding outline for Kindergarten Education (Trial)(hereinafterreferred to as the outline)clearly points out:"we should put the protection ofchildren's life safety and physical and mental health in the first place."Children'ssafety management has been included in the top priority of kindergarten work,whichis enough to see its importance and necessity.However,through relevantinvestigation and research,it is found that there are problems in kindergarteneducation management,such as focusing on safety protection and neglecting safetyeducation,and the effectiveness of safety education needs to be improved.Therefore,combined with my years of kindergarten teaching experience and relevant theoreticalknowledge,the author analyzes and discusses this problem as follows.With thecontinuous development of China's socialist modernization,China has attached greatimportance to education,and education has gradually become a major standard tomeasure the comprehensive national strength and national competitiveness.Kindergarten education is a very important part of China's education,and theimportance of its safety management can not be underestimated.Therefore,thediscussion of kindergarten safety management is of great significance and value.Thispaper analyzes the current safety situation of kindergartens,and puts forward thehandling of safety accidents and safety education in kindergartens,so as to improvethe effectiveness of safety management.Safety management is an important part ofkindergarten management,a prerequisite for normal teaching and a fundamentalguarantee for the personal and property safety of teachers and children.Everykindergarten safety accident is a wake-up call for kindergarten safety work.So,The top priority of kindergarten is safety work.Doing a good job of safety workis the basic way to ensure the physical and mental health development of children inkindergarten,which is related to the stability of family and society.Now mostchildren are only children,and parents pay special attention to their children's safety.Therefore,strengthening safety management is the primary task of every kindergarten[Key words]young children;Safety;Administration常州轻工职业技术学院2014届毕业论文一、幼儿园安全问题幼儿经验不足、自我保护的方式和能力有限，自我保护的意识也比较淡薄。而个别幼儿园由于某些不法分子的入侵，严重影响了幼儿安全和教学活动的开展。幼儿是国家发展的栋梁，儿童时期的发展决定了今后一段时间的成长与发展。幼儿自身没有自我保护的能力，属于弱势群体，国家对这个群体一直都给予高度关注，要求幼儿园不断加强安全教育，牢固树
