摘要幼小衔接作为教育阶段中的首个关键节点,尤其在“双减”政策之下,探索出科学、高效的衔接方法成为家长们与教育工作者们着重关注的问题。教育部办公厅在2022年3月25日发布《关于开展2022年全国学前教育宣传月活动的通知》(以下简称《通知》)要求,大力推广幼儿园与小学共同实施入学准备和适应教育,有效衔接减缓坡度。本文深入剖析“双减”政策下幼小衔接的现状与挑战,从家园共育的视角,探索幼小衔接的可行之道。本研究以石家庄市A园在“双减”政策提出后幼小衔接工作中的家园合作的内容、形式、认知现状和存在的问题为研究对象,结合文献资料法、问卷调查法、案例分析法进行实地调研。研究发现“双减”政策背景下以石家庄市A园幼小衔接工作中家园合作存有以下两方面问题:一方面幼儿园在幼小衔接教育系统中缺乏整体规划:另一方面家长也在幼小衔接中缺乏一定的主动性,角色定位不准确,也常局限于传统观念。针对以上出现的问题,本研究也根据实际情况分析了产生问题的原因,并提出了相对应的优化对策:明确衔接方向从教师、家长和社会三方面加强合作,形成合力。在“双减”政策的背景下,从家园共促的角度出发,研究幼小衔接的发展态势,提出优化策略,助力儿童顺利适应“双减”政策下的小学生活。关键词:双减幼小衔接家园合作策略AbstractAs the first key node in the education stage,the transition from early childhood toprimary school,especially under the "double reduction"policy,exploring scientific andefficient methods of transition has become a key concern for parents and educators.OnMarch 25,2022,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on carryingout the National Early Childhood Education Promotion Month in 2022 (hereinafter referredto as the "notice"),which requires vigorously promoting the joint implementation ofenrollment preparation and adaptation education between kindergartens and primary schools,effectively connecting and slowing down the slope.This article provides an in-depthanalysis of the current situation and challenges of the transition from preschool to primaryschool under the "double reduction"policy,and explores feasible ways of transition fromthe perspective of home school co education.This study focuses on the content,form,cognitive status,and existing problems of home school cooperation in the transition fromkindergarten to primary school after the implementation of the "double reduction"policy inA Garden of Shijiazhuang City.Field research is conducted using literature review,questionnaire survey,and case analysis methods.Research has found that under thebackground of the "double reduction"policy,there are two problems with home schoolcooperation in the preschool primary school transition work of A Kindergarten inShijiazhuang City:on the one hand,kindergartens lack overall planning in the preschoolprimary school transition education system;On the other hand,parents also lack a certaindegree of initiative in the transition from early childhood to primary school,with inaccuraterole positioning and often limited to traditional concepts.In response to theabove-mentioned problems,this study also analyzed the causes of the problems based onthe actual situation and proposed corresponding optimization strategies:clarifying thedirection of connection,strengthening cooperation from teachers,parents,and society,andforming a joint force.In the context of the "double reduction"policy,from the perspectiveof promoting home and rural areas,this study investigates the development trend of thetransition between preschool and primary school,proposes optimization strategies,andhelps children smoothly adapt to primary school life under the "double reduction"policy.Key words:Double reduction preschool primary school conn
