基于中小企业人才流失管理的相关研究以广东赛纳威投资控股有限公司为例的案例分析【摘要】改革开发四十年以来,中小企业越来越成为推动国民经济健康发展的主力,越来越多人关注中小企业的发展。与此同时,国内外对于中小企业的研究也不断增多,其中不乏对中小企业的人才流失问题的探讨。但是由于中小企业先天性不足的原因导致吸引人才的竞争力不强:许多中小企业花费了一定的时间成本招聘到优秀的人才,却因企业各管理环节的缺陷导致人才流失问题的严重,极大地制约了中小企业的发展。因此,中小企业如何将人才流失所带来的不利影响降到最低,如何将人才流失率控制在合理的区间范围内,都值得管理者的关注。本文就中小企业人才流失的现象进行影响因素分析及对策研究。首先分析了中小企业人才流失研究的背景与意义,并对国内外的研究现状进行阐述。通过查阅文献、结合问卷调查、案例分析,以广东赛纳威投资控股有限公司(以下简称“C”公司)为例,研究人才流失的主要原因。同时,从C公司的人力资源配置和管理机制等方面入手,利用人才流失的相关理论,总结归纳出C公司的人才流失的原因:员工对薪酬的满意程度不高、员工缺乏明确的职业生涯规划、绩效考核体系的不完善、培训制度的不合理、薪酬福利制度单一、企业文化建设的不完善等。最后,提出改善人才流失现状的相关措施,给予具有相同困扰的中小企业一些理论上的建议。【关键词】中小企业:C公司:人才流失:影响因素:建议与对策Research on brain drain management of small andmedium-sized enterprises-A case study of Guangdong Sainawei InvestmentHolding limited Company[Abstract]Since 40 years of reform and development,small and medium-sizedenterprises have increasingly become the main force to promote the healthydevelopment of the national economy,and more and more people pay attention tothe development of small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,there aremore and more researches on small and medium-sized enterprises at home andabroad,among which there are many discussions on the brain drain of small andmedium-sized enterprises.However,due to the congenital deficiency of small andmedium-sized enterprises,the competitiveness of attracting talents is not strong;many small and medium-sized enterprises spend a certain amount of time and costto recruit excellent talents,but because of the defects of various management linksof enterprises,the brain drain problem is serious,which greatly restricts thedevelopment of small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,how to minimizethe adverse effects of brain drain and how to control the brain drain rate in areasonable range are worthy of the attention of managers.In this paper,the phenomenon of brain drain in small and medium-sizedenterprises is analyzed and countermeasures are studied.First of all,it analyzes thebackground and significance of the research on the brain drain of small andmedium-sized enterprises,and expounds the research status at home and abroad.Based on literature review,questionnaire survey and case analysis,this paper takesGuangdong Sunway Investment Holding Co.,Ltd.as an example to explore themain causes of brain drain.At the same time,starting from the human resourceallocation and management mechanism of company a,using the relevant theories ofbrain drain,this paper sums up the causes of brain drain of company a:employees'low satisfaction with salary,employees'lack of clear career planning,imperfectperformance appraisal system,unreasonable training system,single salary andwelfare system,and corporate culture construction Imperfect,etc.Finally,the paperputs forward relevant measures to improve the current situation of brain drain,andgives some theoretical suggestions to small and medium-sized enterprises with thesame problems.[Keywords Small and medium-sized enterprises Company C brain draininfluencing factors suggest
