Application of machine vision technology in automatic sorting ofagricultural productsAbstractAs a populous country,agriculture is a very important industry sector in China,which isrelated to the survival of Chinese people.A few years ago,China's agricultural structure hasbeen adjusted,so that the marketization,scale and industrialization of China's agriculture hasbeen further developed and built,so as to improve the output of China's agricultural products.Therefore,it becomes more and more important to maintain the high quality of agriculturalproducts,so the sorting activities of agricultural products become more important.However,the sorting method and sorting technology of agricultural products in China are still in arelatively backward state compared with other developed countries.Therefore,we need toresearch and develop new automatic sorting technology for agricultural products in order tocarry out better automatic sorting of agricultural productsMachine vision technology refers to the use of the image acquisition system to collectthe image of the detection object and extract the image information of the detection objectfrom the image,and then the image information into the corresponding digital information,the use of algorithms to process and analyze the information,so as to obtain the finalprocessing and analysis results.Therefore,machine vision technology is mainly used foractual detection,measurement and control of detection objects.This article through consulting relevant literature,to understand the research status anddevelopment status of the application of machine vision technology in automatic sorting ofagricultural products in the world,and then summarize the triumph of automatic sortingmachine vision is applied to the agricultural products,and through research and analysis,findthe machine vision technology in automatic sorting the problems existing in the application ofagricultural products,finally puts forward the relevant measures to solve these problems.Keywords:Agricultural products:Automatic sorting:Machine vision technology
