基于FLEXSIM仿真技术的工业生产线运作分析与优化

广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）AbstractWith the continuous development of logistics enterprises,logistics hasbecome one of the essential factors to accelerate the pace of global economy.Industrial production as a whole logistics process is the most important partof reducing its costs become a top priority to reduce the total cost of logistics.In order to reduce the cost of industrial production,it is particularly importantfor enterprises to allocate resources and construct production lines in theprocess of production.It may be difficult for the production logistics system to use thetraditional logistics analysis method,because it is a highly random complexdiscrete event system.Analysis using traditional methods will lead toinaccurate data,thus increasing irrelevant costs.FLEXSIM simulationsoftware,as a commercial discrete event system simulation software,is anideal choice for production simulation and logistics system planningTherefore,this paper will use FLEXSIM simulation software to analyze andoptimize the operation of the production line.Industrial production line based on FLEXSIM simulation analysis andoptimization,based on FLEXSIM simulation technology,foshan expositionand the third phase of jingdong leisure food warehouse analysis and sorting,combining with the industrial operation of the production line,inspectionbased on FLEXSIM simulation technology of foshan exposition and the thirdphase of jingdong leisure food warehouse inventory end a dispatch endproduction line of research,and according to the model output at runtimedata were analyzed,and the analysis found that the problem and testing avariety of improvements,to find the optimal solution to solve the problems.Through this experiment,FLEXSIM simulation software not onlyreflects the strong analysis ability,good expansibility,3d display function andeasy operation,but also reflects the importance of FLEXSIM simulationsoftware in industrial production line operation analysis and optimization.Key Words:FLEXSIM simulation software industrial productionline industrial production operation,jingdong warehouse operationanalysis and optimization schem
