百世供应链迎金仓分拣区布局与拣货路径优化研究

本科论文AbstractSorting and distribution are the main functions of the distribution center,but thedistribution operation is actually performed outside the distribution center,so the sorting ofgoods has become the core process of the distribution center,and is the most time-consumingand Labor-intensive operations.Then the optimization of the sorting area is an importantfactor to improve the operating capacity of a distribution center.This article takes the sorting area of Yingshi Warehouse in Best Supply Chain as theresearch object.First,it analyzes the operation process,sorting operation management andsorting operation capacity of Yingshi Warehouse in Best Supply Chain,and finds out the bestwarehouse in Yingshi Warehouse The problem of the picking area is to analyze the relevantstatistical data of the sorting area operation in the actual investigation,find the defects anddeficiencies in the sorting area of the Yingshi warehouse of the Best Supply Chain,anddefine the optimization goal.Then use simulation software to carry out simulation modelingand result analysis of the warehouse sorting area.Finally,for the problem,the layout of thesorting area and the picking path are optimized.Through the analysis of the simulation results,optimization suggestions are given on the layout of the sorting area and the picking path ofthe Yingjin warehouse.In order to allow the final optimization results to be better expressed,this article will compare the model data before and after optimization to make a systematicanalysis.The comparison of the operation result data obtained from the optimized plan withthe operation data of the previous layout model shows that:the problem of the layout androuting of the sorting area of the golden supply warehouse of the Best Supply Chain hasbeen properly solved,which will greatly reduce the number of employees working inChengdu.The unnecessary overtime costs of the company have been eliminated;theemployee's picking efficiency has been improved;overall,the operating efficiency of thesorting area ofthe Yingjin warehouse has been improved.Key words:Sorting area:Sorting area path:layout;Flexsim;Best Supply Chain Yingjinwarehouse
