北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production Process Design of 5000 Tons of Safety Colored GlassTransparent InkAbstractThe transparent ink is mainly prepared by mixing the high-transparent organic pigmentbinder and part of the resin that can be used in the transparent ink with other additives throughfine processing and grinding.Its hiding power is very low,and at the same time,thetransparency is also high,so it is generally widely used in flexible packaging such as cigaretteboxes and gift boxes.This design uses 5,000 tons of safety colored glass transparent ink peryear for production process design.Choose UV ink that can be screen printed on glasssubstrates.First,understand the current production status of UV ink and industry developmentstatus.The current silk screen UV ink synthesis process route and production method werecompared and analyzed.The prepolymer of PUA and epoxy acrylic resin was selected,andthe color paste prepared by stirring and grinding the pigment and additives was mixed toprepare the ink uniformly.Next,material balance calculation and electricity consumptioncalculation are carried out.After equipment selection,the equipment cost is calculated and theprocess flow chart with process control points is drawn.According to the calculation,areasonable workshop layout is designed.Draw the corresponding plant layout.The disposal ofthe three wastes was further processed,and various production equipment and costs requiredby the workshop were preliminarily calculated,and the profit was counted.Keywords:UV curing,transparency,binder,prepolymer,screen printing
