北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Synergistic effect of edible plants and probiotics and first explorationon functional foodAbstractEdible plants,including vegetables,fruits,medicine and food homologous plants andtherapeutic plants,such as traditional Chinese medicine.These plants are rich in bioactiveingredients,such as alkaloids,plant polysaccharides,etc.,which play a role in nutrition,health and treatment after eating.In this experiment,artichoke was used as the research object,through the study of the effect between artichoke and probiotics,the relationship betweenartichoke and probiotics was observed,the inhibition between artichoke and flora was studied,and the microorganism promoting the growth was reversely promoted;functional food wasmade with artichoke,and the influence of probiotics on intestinal microflora and theinhibition of artichoke and some harmful flora were explored,With the aid of biodiversitydata platform,the synergistic effect of artichoke on human intestinal microflora was analyzed.Through the application ofartichoke to funct ional food and the observat ion results obtained,itis proved that artichoke has synergistic effect on probiotics in human intestinal tract,anddrinking its food,highlighting the existence of synergist ic effect through the performancecharacterist ics of drinkers.Keywords:Artichoke;Inhibitory effect;Synergistic effect;Functional foods;Bio-diversityⅡ
