沃尔玛供应链管理对我国连锁零售企业发展的启示

AbstractWith the continuous development of information technology and theintensification of global competition,the traditional logistics service has been unableto meet the needs of people.Wal-mart as the world's top retail,its application ofsupply chain management,has been the other retail enterprises to imitate the object.Through the analysis and research of wal-mart's supply chain management mode,this paper aims at the problems existing in the development of domestic retail supplychain management for in-depth improvement and innovation.It is hoped that thestudy of wal-mart's supply chain management model will be helpful to thedevelopment of China's retail industry.China is ushering in a prosperous era ofsupply chain management,so that more and more enterprises understand that in thefuture development of network information and supply chain management effectiveand full combination of its own development is extremely important.Keywords:supply chain management retail industry Wal-Mart目录2
