Feasibility Study on International Penetration of LED LightingProducts of WR Company in Vietnamese MarketAbstractWR company is engaged in the R&D,manufacturing,assembly and application of LEDlighting products,aiming to provide LED lighting street lights and other products forcommercial and municipal lighting applications,and realize the development of dual mainbusinesses in cooperation with advertising media.At present,WR company belongs to themidstream packaging and downstream application enterprises in China.Due to the largemarket space and low threshold of LED industry,many downstream enterprises pour into theLED industry,leading to the fierce market for enterprises;At the same time,the overseaslong-term cooperation market is affected by the trade war and economic developmentdownturn,and LED lighting exports are severely hit.Facing the market environment ofdomestic and foreign troubles,developing Southeast Asia market,taking Vietnam as anexample,implementing direct investment in Vietnam market is conducive to realizing theinternational and sustainable development of WR's LED products.In this paper,using PEST model to analyze the macro environment.Secondly,combining with the company's financial and operation situation,we use financial knowledgeto calculate the expected rate of return and analyze the feasibility of WR company'sinvestment project in Vietnam market.Finally,combining the analysis results and the realsituation for comparative analysis,providing the reasonable reference suggestions for WRcompany's investment and development in Vietnam market from the aspects of technology,innovation and application to improve its competitiveness and realize sustainabledevelopment.Keywords:LED lighting products;Vietnamese market;Market exploitation;Feasibilityanalysis
