本科论文AbstractWith the development and changes of the new era,the scale of small and micro enterprises isgrowing day by day.Most of them focus on incentives,establish management systems,determinethe extent of development and utilization of material resources,determine the core competitivenessof enterprises,and put incentives in the first line.In the new era of development,small andmedium-sized enterprises,as the main force to create wealth and the platform for the developmentof entrepreneurs,have made great contributions to China's innovation era.Small and medium-sizedenterprises have also made great contributions,and have become the largest enterprises in the world.The main force is to create wealth,and the main platform is to develop Chinese enterprise spirit.Themain motivation of employees is to create a sense of achievement and social value,which requiresthat the logic of motivation must be changed.Incentives are an important component of humanresource management.This is a useful human resource development tool.It can connect andmotivate every employee before work so that they can participate and improve their understandingof personal values,share their vision with the company and share their supportresponsibilities.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a sound mechanism.In general,in the newperiod of economic development,the economy can continue to maintain stable growth,emphasizingstructural stability rather than the whole economy.In the context of promoting development,thereare still some problems in the current enthusiasm of our employees.Some methods waste resourcesand fail to achieve the incentive effect.In the management process of actual operation,mostenterprises still have many setbacks and basically the same problems.To sum up,this article willmake a clear demonstration on the issue of employee incentive in a combination of variousways.This paper analyzes the present situation in which the mechanism of encouragement ofChinese small and medium enterprises is lacking,and examines the characteristics of small andmedium enterprises based on research results.This paper investigates the employee acceleration problem of small and medium-sizedenterprises by using a method of combining case analysis,theoretical literature and practice withreference to excellent research and development results and encouragement theory in Japan andabroad.In view of these problems,starting from the theoretical research of employee motivation,this paper analyzes the causes of employee motivation and provides reference for the development
