本科论文AbstractSmall and medium-sized enterprises are the backbone of China's rapid economic growth.These enterprises can quickly cope with the changes in the market,adjust their industrial structure,and they can provide a lot of employment opportunities to the society,and make outstanding contributions to social development.Small and medium-sized enterprises also have a guiding role in the training and selection of talents,which can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises pay more and more attention to the internal training of their employees.Talents are the core strength of each enterprise to improve its core competitiveness through training.This paper takes yingkou lianying heavyindustry machinery co.,LTD as an example to study and analyze the staff training of small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward a set of optimized plans for staff training.The Ieaders of yingkou lianying heavy industry machinery co.,Itd.attach great importance to staffmanagement and have cultivated a group of managers with management ability and experienced operators.However,there are many problems in the internal employee training,and someadverse effects on the enterprise,such as the phenomenon of employee dimission occurs from time to time,employees'working attitude is not positive.Through the investigation and analysis of yingkou lianying heavy industry machinery co.,LTD.,we learned that there were problems in the training:the training content was not clear,and the staff at all levels were not clearly analyzed and targeted.The training form is single and so on.This paper puts forward thestaff training plan for yingkou lianying heavy industry machinery co.,LTD.And carries it out according to the actual situation.Key words:staff training,Small and medium-sized enterprises,Heavy industry machinery
