本科论文关键词:员工培训:后勤分公司:培训管理:对策研究AbstractSince entering the 21st century,China has stepped into the era of attaching importance tothe development and management of human resources.Human resource training is a basic wayto cultivate team spirit,enhance corporate cohesion and reflect human capital investment.Inenterprises,talents are the core strategic resources,and talents determine the speed and heightof enterprise development.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency oftalent discovery by investigating and developing effective programs for talent development atthe present stage.However,the training methods that most enterprises have mastered are notvery mature and complete,and they lack relevant experience,so the problem of employeetraining has also become a big obstacle for the development of many enterprises.Now themain problem we want to study is to make corresponding solutions to the problems existing inthe company's training management system and improve the market competitiveness of theenterprise.This article embarks from the theory of enterprise training related to car in dalianlocomotive vehicle co.,LTD.After combining the research results of relevant literature athome and abroad and understanding the training status of this enterprise,so as to diagnose theenterprise there are many problems in the process of staff training,such as the humanresources department training concepts backward,training methods and lack for counseling,etc.The main causes of these problems are the lack of analysis of the needs of employees,theinsufficient combination of internal and external training the lack of training teachersandinsufficient funding for training.Therefore,this paper proposes corresponding solutions tothese problems:optimizing trainer team,innovating training mode,formulating scientifictraining demand analysis,implementing multi-party feedback of training evaluation resultsand increase the support system for training funds.To sum up,this paper believes that the research on employee training is important andeffective to promote the development of Chinese enterprises,and hopes to provide effectivereference value for Chinese enterprises to make future employee training plans.
