AbstractIn the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has gradually become an important factorfor enterprises to have advantages.Enterprises have realized the importance of knowledgeworkers,whether to have a large number of high-level knowledge workers is the foundationand guarantee for enterprises to succeed in the fierce competition.In this paper,the method ofquestionnaire analysis was adopted to investigate X company.A total of 150 questionnaireswere issued in this survey,and 126 of them were recovered,with the recovery rate of 84%.Inthe X company,on the basis of the research,put forward the X company in knowledge staffincentive salary welfare lack of competitiveness,do not take the knowledge staff careerdevelopment,lack of harmonious working environment,performance evaluation mechanism isimperfect and promotion system is not perfect,this is the root cause of the lack of motivation,X company combined with maslow's hierarchy of needs to analyze it,combined with the statusquo of domestic development as well as to the domestic and foreign research on knowledgestaff incentive,puts forward relevant knowledge staff incentive measures of X company.Keywords:Knowledge workers;Hierarchy of needs;incentive
