AbstractNowadays,China's real estate policy is continuously optimized,and the systematicmanagement of real estate marketing is gradually deepened.The national system hasstrengthened supervision and management of the real estate market,resulting inincreasing competition in the current market environment.The ensuing problems ofland,population and employment are also gradually highlighted,and China has mademore in-depth reform measures in the housing system and the land use system,whichmakes the real estate industry face new challenges.Now,in the competition ofenterprises,the marketing planning ability shows a very critical function.We need toknow the main content and connotation of real estate marketing planning,but also tounderstand its misunderstandings.Based on the ideological understanding of themisunderstandings and detailed analysis,it proposes perfect measures to resolve thesemisunderstandings.In terms of research content,the relevant theories of 4P and plannedstandard processes are used for analysis,and corresponding improvement measures areproposed for the existing marketing problems to provide valuable inspiration for thebetter development of China's real estate industry.Keywords:Real estate marketing planning,Marketing strategy,Solution strategies
