本科论文AbstractAs an effective resource and reserve force of market competitiveness,talents are playingan increasingly important role in today's active market economy.As the most liquid resourceof enterprises and companies,talents are being paid more and more attention by entrepreneurs.In order to retain high-quality talents,enterprise employee relationship management is moreand more concerned by enterprises.Employee relationship management maintains the company and talents,and is becoming the focus of human resource workers.The main responsibility of employee relationship management is to coordinate the relationship between employees,managers and employees,and create a positive and good working environment.In China,the research on employee relationship management is still in the initialstage,and there are still some areas to be improved and the work of employee relationship management itself is more complex.In order to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty and promote talents to actively cooperate with the development of enterprises,the state and enterprises should strengthen the research and application of employee relationship management,Thepurpose is to meet the relevant needs of employees,realize the mutual benefit and sharing ofthe company and talents,and improve the employee relationship management methods of the company.This paper refers to other research literature and carries out relevant theoretical analysis,and takes Beijing Aerospace Hongtu Information Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example to evaluate and summarize the daily employee relationship management of the company.Key words:Employee relationship management;Employee satisfaction;Beijing Aerospace Hongtu Information Technology Co.,Ltd.;Human resource management
