本科论文AbstractAt present,China's catering industry has become one of the fastest growing industriesamong China's three major industries.As a leader in China's catering industry,pizza hut has its unique international brandcharacteristics and localized management.It not only has an advanced overseas trainingsystem,but also has a common problem in domestic catering industry due to unbalancedlocalization training.This paper investigates the reality of pizza hut restaurant staff training,including themain content of the catering industry enterprise training,actual investment,common methods,summed up the catering enterprise staff training,mainly for the following three issues,fromthe training plan,training implementation,training evaluation and other aspects to arrange.After that,I learned about the hotel staff training environment.In this paper,I conducted afield study on the pizza hut staff training management system to learn about the trainingstructure,training organization,training system,training methods,human resources status,training guidance,etc.,based on the implementation process and connection research oftraining management activities.In addition,it also points out the existing problems of pizzahut restaurant,including training plan,training implementation and training effect evaluation.Based on the field survey of pizza hut's staff training management system,this paper throughthe analysis of the current situation of staff training,pizza hut's staff training has thefollowing problems:the training content is unreasonable;Low level of professionaltraining;Pay more attention to on-job training than on-the-job training.Since then,it hascombined the theories of human resources with an analysis of the causes,including demandanalysis,lack of accountability,and neglect of evaluation feedback.On this basis,combiningthe learning theory and incentive theory of pizza hut to train employees,and put forwardcorresponding improvement measures to propose Suggestions for existing problems,including training plan,implementation and evaluation of training optimization measures.Key Words:Training and development;Pizza hut:The human resources
