本科论文关键词:爱未来公司员工:培训:培训效果AbstractThe competition of enterprise's comprehensive strength and talent resources is the mostimportant thing in the development of enterprises today.The needs of continuous and rapiddevelopment and changes of enterprises can no longer be met by simply relying on recruitmentor other ways to introduce talents.The future development of an enterprise requires enterprises tocultivate outstanding talents to serve the enterprise.The cultivation of talents will inevitablyrequire a large amount of capital investment from the enterprise,so the consumption ofmanpower,material resources and financial resources for excellent talents cultivation can be saidto be certain.Therefore,a large amount of capital investment must achieve the same or moreoutput.Therefore,the enterprise must formulate reasonable training work,carry out targetedtraining work for employees,and effectively enhance the comprehensive ability and professionalquality of employees.This will not only help the enterprise to improve its work efficiency,butalso help to obtain greater living and development space,better conform to the development ofthe times and meet the needs of the society.Starting from the point of training effectiveness,this article takes Aifutu (Beijing)Education Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,and through the research on the setting oftraining institutions,training contents,training methods,training management and personnelcomposition of Aifutu Company,makes the training management mode of Aifutu Company tendto be scientific,reasonable and systematic,thus gradually improving the management level ofthe Company.Firstly,the related concepts,theories and models of enterprise employee trainingare studied,and the overall train of thought of enterprise employee training is simply understoodand sorted out on this basis.Then,according to the current situation of employee training inAifutu Company,the main problems in employee training are analyzed in detail,and the causesof employee training problems in Aifutu Company are analyzed from the aspects of companylevel,employee level and personnel department.Finally,according to the company's actualoperation and management situation,using the relevant training theory,this paper puts forwardsuggestions to improve the effectiveness of training for future employees of Aifa Company.Thedevelopment of the enterprise and the growth of employees can be realized together.The
