The Research in the moral education value of the history of mathematicsAbstract The history of mathematics can be said to be a science that specializes in theoccurrence,background,development,and laws behind the knowledge of mathematics.Themathematics content ideas,methods,and development processes possessed by mathematicsare all obtained through the exploration of the history of mathematics.Therefore,to someextent,the history of mathematics is also the evolutionary history of our humanity.For example:the knowledge points of mathematical theory in the past and present are found by thosepioneers in a certain situation and verified over many years and finally become a fact;in orderto prove some mathematical conclusions that have not been formed,human generations It isbeing tested tirelessly from generation to generation;these contents have extremely importantinfluences and meanings on the background of modem quality education today,both at homeand abroad.This article mainly analyzes and understands the actual cases of mathematicshistory and the literature in the past two or three decades,and points out the importance of thehistory of mathematics for modern education,especially moral education,and the direction offuture research.Key words The history of mathematics moral value
