AbstractUnder the rapid economic growth,the inventory has a direct impact on theoperation and profitability of food enterprises.However,the inventory managementcapacity of various food enterprises is insufficient.This paper introduces the situationof inventory management in small and medium-sized food enterprises,and analyzesthe problems in the process of material procurement and storage in food enterprises,such as unreasonable material procurement plan,low cost performance,imperfectinventory storage system and incomplete inventory information construction.In orderto further improve the inventory management ability of small and medium-sized foodenterprises,this paper mainly puts forward some countermeasures,such asstrengthening the management of procurement,perfecting the inventory storagesystem,perfecting the inventory risk measures and introducing and utilizinginformation technology.Key words:Inventory management;Food enterprises;Procurement plan;inventory risk;Information construction目录一2
