新时代乡村振兴背景下精准扶贫发展思路研究——以花包村为例

ABSTRACTSince the 18th National Congress,China's poverty problem has undergoneprofound changes,the number of poor people has been greatly reduced,and theresults of poverty reduction have been remarkable.However,the poverty of someareas is deep and the causes of poverty are complex,these areas are still poor,thecurrent poverty alleviation work in China has a long way to go.The thought ofTargeted Poverty Alleviation is a new view and new ideas put forward by GeneralSecretary Xi Jinping in the course of China's poverty alleviation.The connotation ofTargeted Poverty Alleviation is rich,and it is the action guide of China's povertyalleviation work in new era.It is good for the elimination of poverty in Chinesesociety and plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization and then buildinga moderately prosperous society in all respects on schedule.Based on the Marxist poverty theory and the Chinese Communist Party's theoryof poverty alleviation,this paper combs through the theoretical origin and thebackground of the times of Targeted Poverty Alleviation,and then summarizes thetheoretical system of Xi Jinping's thought Targeted Poverty Alleviation,and usesHuabao Village in Sichuan Province as a research example to demonstrate the path ofTargeted Poverty Alleviation under the guidance of the thought of Targeted PovertyAlleviation.Then,the paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings on the basis ofits poverty alleviation achievements and summarizing its experience of povertyalleviation.The paper puts forward practical countermeasures with practical effect,provides ideas and references for poverty alleviation in other parts of our country andeven in poor areas of the world,and promotes Xi Jinping's thought of TargetedPoverty Alleviation.This paper has four main parts,the first part is to examine thetheoretical origin and the background of Targeted Poverty Alleviation from theMarxist classic writer's anti-poverty theory and the Chinese Communists'thought ofpoverty alleviation;The second part summarizes the main content and developmentideas of Targeted Poverty Alleviation based on Xi Jinping's discussion,this partsummarizes the basic content and the overall requirements of the main content ofTargeted Poverty Alleviation and further examines the development ideas of precisionpoverty alleviation.The third part examines the practice of Targeted PovertyAlleviation in Huabao village in Sichuan Province,briefly introduces the basic
