天津市社区和居家养老服务政策研究

毕业设计（论文）外文摘要Title Research on the Policy of Community and Home-basedEndowment Service in TianjinAbstractWith the acceleration of the aging process,and based onthe weakening of family pension and the plight ofinstitutional pension,community and home pension servicemodel as a link between family pension and institutionalpension came into being.As the second city to implement"home pension subsidy"after Shanghai,Tianjin has taken aseries of measures to promote the development and improvementof community and home pension services.Through literatureanalysis,this paper points out the policy characteristics ofcommunity and home old-age service in Tianjin,investigatesthe factors that affect Tianjin citizen's satisfaction withcommunity and resident's old-age service,and draws lessonsfrom the relevant experience at home and abroad.This paperputsforward relevant suggestions on the policy of communityand home-based old-age service in Tianjin.Keywords:Community and home pension service model;Community and homepension service policy:government-1-
