北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生半业论文AbstractWith the continuous development of China's economic market,the real estate market isalso booming.At the same time,the development of the real estate planning industry is alsovery rapid,and the roots of its development is consistent with those of the real estate market.It has become a vital link in the whole real estate development activities.All activities are ledand served by the plan.Then the problem of planning management is particularly prominentThis paper analyzes the root causes of the existing problems in the real estate planningindustry in China,and puts forward the concept and method of optimal management.By deeply understanding and analyzing the whole form and operation process of realestate project planning,it is found that the malpractice of industrial development is infiltratinginto the subtlety of different levels of planning industry.Among them,the governmentplanning and laws and regulations,the overall operation of the industry and individualplanning companies are mainly referred.Based on the existing management model,throughthe integration and reorganization of management planning concepts at all levels,this paperproposes the optimized management measures that are in line with China's national conditionsand industry development status.The real estate project planning industry must bemarket-oriented and carry out scientific,reasonable,and standardized reforms so as to ensurethe sustainable development of the real estate planning industry.Finally,the planning andmanagement measures proposed in this paper not only provide a realistic reference for themanagement of real estate planning and management in China,but also improve the quality ofplanning by strengthening the guidance and supervision of the planning work.The research in this paper provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for themanagement of China's real estate planning industry,and provides a useful reference for thegood development of the real estate planning industry through the penetration and changes ofthe system in the social,economic,environmental and other fields.The system is the soil ofinnovation.A better system will promote greater innovation and thus bring more opportunitiesfor industrial development.This is exactly the significance of this article.Keywords:Real estate planning;realistic problem;optimal management;system reformⅡ
