Research on the current situation and Countermeasures of the practiceteaching in the field of mathematics "number and Algebra"in senior primaryschoolAbstract With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,mathematics teaching pays moreattention to the different development reflected by different students in mathematics.Therefore.researches on how to better teach primary school mathematics emerge in an endless stream.However,after reading a large number of relevant studies,it is found that theoretical and practicalresearch on new teaching is common,while practice class research is relatively rare.It is animportant way for practice class to help students consolidate the knowledge they havelearned.Students are in a position to improve their mathematical capacity in all aspects and raisethe level of thinking by effective practice.Through investigation and research method and casemethod,many matters of mathematics practice class taching in primary school come to light.Aiming at these problems,some effective strategies are proposed by the author to improve theefficiency and quality of practice class.Key words Mathematics in senior primary school number and algebra practice lessonteaching status countermeasure
