实习教师在幼儿安全管理方面面临的问题研究——以云师大教管学院为例

AbstractThe safety of young children affects not only the daily work and happy life of thefamily,but also the harmony and stability of the society.In order to ensure thesafety of young children,it is necessary for kindergarten to carry out safetyeducation for children as a carrier of education activities.However,the problems ofsafety management in kindergartens are endless,which has aroused wide concern inthe society.In view of this,this paper studies the problems and countermeasures ofkindergarten safety management systematically and comprehensively with theexample of the students of grade 14 preschool education of Yunnan NormalUniversity.Research USES the questionnaire survey,the questionnaire mainly involvesteachers'cognition to safety education,safety education training for teachers,teacher the timing of the safety education for young children,teachers treatchildren's safety behavior,the implementation of safety education activities reflecton five aspects such as research and analysis,and put forward the reasonablecountermeasures and Suggestions according to the result of research.Key words:child safety management;Questionnaire survey method;Countermeasuresand Suggestions
