基于QFD的高校全英文课程质量研究——以决策理论与方法课程为例

AbstractThe implementation of all-English teaching is an important measure to train internationaltalents and realize the internationalization of higher education in China.As an important way tocultivate international talents,more and more local universities attach great importance to it.Inrecent years.Chinese scholars have been conducting research on the whole English course andhave achieved many excellent results.However,there are still many issues worth further studyon how to improve the teaching quality of the whole English course,especially from theperspective of students.This article takes the course of Decision Making Theory and Method as an example,andmakes a concentrated explanation of its related concepts and connotations.It analyzes thefactors that affect the quality of the course of Decision Making Theory and Method,anddiscusses its decision-making with students as value subjects.Based on the needs of the theoryand method curriculum,I put forward my personal opinion on the curriculum quality evaluationindex system,and analyzed the impact of each index.This article is a thematic study using standardized research methods.The full text is dividedinto four parts:the first part discusses the meaning,development history and current status offull English course and Decision Making Theory and Method courses in colleges anduniversities;the second part analyzes and studies the Decision Making Theory and Methodcourses based on the QFD method and establishes Curriculum evaluation index system;Thethird part,based on the obtained evaluation index system,uses DEMATEL method to analyzethe influence degree between the indicators.Finally,it summarizes and prospects thedevelopment of the whole English teaching curriculum.The main innovation of this article is reflected in the application of the quality functiondevelopment method to the quality evaluation of English courses,which are summarizedaccording to the needs of value subjects at different levels to obtain the corresponding qualityevaluation index system,which has a certain degree of science and integration.Key words:Full English Course;Index system;QFD;DEMATE
