公办幼儿园非在编教师生存状况—以宿迁市A幼儿园为例

A study on the current situation of non-enrolled teachers in publickindergartens-A case study of Suqian A kindergartenAbstractNowadays,the living conditions of"non-enrolled"kindergarten teachers are worrying.This study will explore the economic treatment,development prospect,professionalidentity,work load and prospect of"non-enrolled"kindergarten teachers in Suqian city Ain order to make out the living conditions of "non-enrolled"kindergarten teachers.Besides,"non-enrolled"kindergarten teachers are faced with many problems,such as low income,unclear career planning,and low educational background and no certificate of someteachers.In order to improve the living conditions of the "non-enrolled"teachers inkindergartens,the author will put forward some Suggestions from three aspects:society,kindergarten and teachers.Key words non-enrolled,kindergarten teachers,living conditions
