Study on the Guidance of Teachers in the Transition of the Top Glass in theKindergartenAbstract The transition link which exists between one part and the next part of children'sone day activities.,is a link that is universally ignored in the kindergarten.Nowadays,a largeproportion of kindergarten teachers pay little attention to the transition link and There arealways some problems in the connection between activities,such as random anddisorder ,which impede the play of the education of the daily routine and thus graduallydegrade the quality of children's one-day life.Taking teacher's guidance as the starting point,this study use observation case analysis and interview methods and choose 15 teachers from5 classes in the senior of F kindergarten of SUQIAN city as the object of this research.Thispaper analyzes the requirements under the guidance of teachers of large transition part andpresent situation and problem analysis .On the basis of this puts forward some feasiblesuggestion ,including flexible planning and flexible organization transition link and set upcorrect concept of education and improve the ability of guidance.Key word The transition link Teacher's guidance one-day life in the kindergarten第2页
