Research on the current situation of teachers'guidance in kindergartenart work areaAbstract The "Guide to Leaming and Development for Children 3-6"puts forwardcertain requirements for the basic knowledge,skills and professional abilities of preschooleducators,and at the same time,they should understand and be familiar with the physicaland mental development characteristics of children of different ages.Regional activitiesare the areas where children actively explore,perceive and leam,and areas where childrenactively develop through the interaction between themselvesand theenvironment.materials,peers and teachers.The art work area is an important place forchildren to choose their own activities.The activities are full of interest andcreativity.Through the creation of rich painting and manual conditions,children's ability toinitially feel and express beauty is cultivated.With the development of qualityeducation,the importance of creativity has become increasingly prominent.Although theart work area is deeply loved by children,but teachers still lack of support for children'sdevelopment.In this study,literature method,case analysis method,interview method andobservation method are used to collect data and analyse and explain.Explore the currentsituation of kindergarten art work area teachers'guidance,focus on the analysis ofteachers'quidance methods and problems,and find solutions and countermeasuresThrough interviews and case studies,we found that the current situation ofkindergarten art teachers'guidance problems the practice of skills is greater than thecultivation of innovative awareness,focusing on the expected goals,emphasizing themethods and implement of teachers'guidance for individual special children is not good.Based on the above problems,the following solutions and strategies areproposed:change the perspective of observation,accept and meet the needs of children;strengthen personal cultivation,link theory with practice grasp the opportunity ofguidance ,support the development of young children ;actively communicate and2
