双减背景下小学班级管理现状的调查研究

“双减”背景下小学班级管理现状的调查研究摘要班级是学校教学的基本单位，是学校教育的重要一环。一所学校管理成效的好坏与班级管理的水平高低有密切的关系。本研究在了解了小学班级管理的国内外研究现状及其功能后，以W区小学为调查对象，通过问卷调查的方式找出其存在的问题，并提出一些建议。通过调查发现W区小学存在以下问题：在班级管理中仍然以班主任的权威为主，班级管理内容不丰富，班级管理的方式重权威轻民主，班主任不能很好的整合教育资源。针对上述这些问题，本研究对原因分析为以下几个方面：学校层面，第一，学校的班级管理评价主体过于单一；第二，学校对班级管理评价内容不全面。班主任层面，第一，班主任管理思想比较落后：第二，班主任不能及时照顾学生情绪：第三，班主任班级管理方式不当。校外层面，第一，学生被校外的网络所腐蚀：第二，家长受到“分数论”的影响。在调查发现问题并进行原因分析之后，笔者提出了几个建议：学校方面，健全和完善对小学班主任的激励保障机制。班主任方面，不但要引导学生学会自我评价，要做到以生为本，管理工作应该灵活民主，并且对学生要差异化管理。校外层面既要做好“家、校、生”三方面的沟通还要积极治理社区环境，注意精神文明的培养。关键词：双减：小学班级管理：班主任AbstractClass is the basic unit of school teaching and an important part of schooleducation.The management effect of a school is closely related to the level of classmanagement.After understanding the research status and functions of elementaryschool class management at home and abroad,this study takes elementary school inW District as the investigation object,finds out the existing problems throughquestionnaire survey,and puts forward some suggestions.Through the investigation,it is found that the following problems exist in theprimary school of W District:class management is still dominated by the authority ofthe class teacher,the content of class management is not rich,the way of classmanagement is more authoritative than democracy,and the class teacher cannotintegrate educational resources well.In view of the above problems,this studyanalyzes the reasons as follows:at the school level,first,the class managementevaluation subject is too simple;Second,the school's evaluation of class managementis not comprehensive.At the class teacher level,first,the management thought ofclass teacher is relatively backward;Second,the head teacher can not take care ofstudents'emotions in time;Third,the class management of the head teacher isimproper.At the off-campus level,first,students are corrupted by the off-campusnetwork;Second,parents are influenced by the "score theory".After finding the problems and analyzing the reasons,the author puts forwardseveral suggestions:in terms of schools,perfect and perfect the incentive guaranteemechanism for the head teachers in primary schools.The head teacher should not onlyguide the students to learn self-evaluation,but also be student-oriented.Themanagement work should be flexible and democratic,and the management of studentsshould be differentiated.At the off-campus level,we should not only do a good job inthe communication of "home,school and students",but also actively manage thecommunity environment and pay attention to the cultivation of spiritual civilization.Key words:Double minus;Primary school class management;A teacher in charge of aclass目录一、绪论…(一)问题的提出.…(二)研究意义……11.理论意义.…2.现实意义1(三)国内外研究综述…11.国内外研究综述22.关于已有研究的述评3(四)研究思路与方法.....31.研究思路42.研究方法.......4(五)核心概念界定41.“双减”政策.42.小学班级管理4一、“双减”背景下班级管理现状调查5(一)调查设计...51.调查目的52.调查对象53.调查方法5(二)调查结果。。。51.基本情况.....2.班级管理主体现状73.班级管理内容现状84.班主任与家长联系现状.…10二、“双减”背景下小学班级管理的问题以及原因分析11(一)“双减”背景下W区小学班级管理存在的问题..111.班级管理主体以班主任为主……112.班级管理内容不全面.…………113.班级管理的方式民主不足.114.
