上海电力大学毕业设计（论文）Research on the construction of Shanghai's resilient City --Basedon the perspective of social ecosystemAbstract:with the increasingly prominent problem of climate change,how to improve the resilience of cities hasbecome the goal and strategy of resilience at home and abroad,so as to better deal with disasters and climate change.Asa large city in coastal area along the river,Shanghai is still facing serious problems such as environmental pollution andflood disaster.It is urgent to improve the urban development toughness.This paper mainly analyzes the main potentialproblems and major challenges of the construction of the new ductile City Project in Shanghai based on the in-depthanalysis of the basic connotation of the "resilient city"project,and studies the overall objectives and implementationstrategies of the construction of the new resilience City Project in Shanghai based on the comprehensive analysis of therelevant practical experience and typical cases in China,The purpose of this paper is to explore the effective way tocarry out the construction of new urban projects of resilience in China from three aspects:macro,medium and microlevel.Keywords:resilient city;evaluation index;public management;sustainable development of city
