北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractIn recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the attention to theeducation industry,the construction of teaching aids in China is developing rapidly.Due tothe attention of the state,the teaching aid institutions have got many opportunities fordevelopment,but at the same time,human resource management has also become a bigobstacle to the development of institutions.Good human resource management is not only thebasic requirements of institutional development,but also the only way to improve competition.If an excellent teaching assistant organization wants to be ahead of the industry,it must usehuman resource management to analyze the current situation and formulate effectivemeasures to deal with the competition brought by the industry.In order to become a famousbrand teaching assistant organization,a teaching assistant organization also needs to solve theproblem of human resource management.This paper takes a teaching assistant organization as an example,using the basic theoryof human resource management,through investigation,research,analysis and on-the-spotobservation,analyzes the current situation of a teaching assistant organization and its existingproblems,and then establishes a scientific and effective human resource management modelfrom the aspects of management ability,recruitment method,employee training,performanceappraisal,corporate culture,etc.Key words:teaching auxiliary institutions;human resource management;scientific andeffective
