本科论文AbstractToday,the system of social economy in constant development in constant reform andupgrade,small and medium-sized enterprises stand out in the competition trend.In all humanresources,human resources are very precious,can in order to improve the level of internalhuman resources management with accounting model company development and coping withfierce competition,therefore,the flow of people in the process of human resourcemanagement of this thesis is focus on problems and countermeasures --Shenyang sheng fumachinery co.,LTD.,for example.Human resource is the enterprise first resources,with a good salary,benefits andcorporate culture,can avoid unnecessary influence employee turnover brings to enterprises,isin the face of social progress and strong to the hands of a major reform,enterprise humanresources can sustainable development is the key factor for enterprise future good or bad.This paper can be divided into five chapters,the first part is about the introduction of theresearch background and purpose of this study was put forward and interface for the domesticand foreign research present situation,using interview method,data collection methodsprovide the basis for the paper.The second chapter introduces the theory related to the topicof this paper,as well as the importance of this paper;The third chapter mainly analyzed thesmall and medium-sized private enterprise employee turnover,based on the status collected.The fourth chapter is about the factors brought about the company's employee turnoverproblem,in the fifth chapter,the author mainly gives some countermeasures used to solve theproblems mentioned above,so as to improve the incentives,moderate company employeerelations and other methods,effective grasp the employee turnover,increase staff enthusiasmfor work,and improve employee productivity.Keywords:Staff mobility;small and medium-sized enterprises:staffing
