本科论文AbstractThe issue of talents has always been the core issue of economic and social development.Especially after the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of the economy,talents have become a strategic resource for the country to move forward.In the process oftalent competition,human resource management has become a problem that every enterprisemust face.In this article,Shenyang Lianye Zhenghe Technology Co.,Ltd.,which has beeninvestigated and studied in this article,has been established since its establishment Has itsown characteristics.However,Shenyang Lianye Zhenghe Technology Co.,Ltd.still has someshortcomings in enterprise human resource management and use,especially in themanagement of enterprise talents,there has been a problem of reverse flow of talents.Forenterprises,the flow of people is a very common phenomenon.The normal flow of talent willbring development to the productive forces,thereby promoting the development of enterprises.However,if the company's turnover rate is too high,the talents in the company may facecrises caused by internal and external reasons,and these crises will affect organizationalefficiency and the realization of organizational goals.This will affect the operation anddevelopment of the enterprise,so the research on the flow of talents and the safety of talentsin enterprises has gradually been recognized and paid attention to.In order to study Shenyang Lianye Zhenghe Technology Co.,Ltd.on the issue of talentflow and safety,analyze and propose corresponding solutions and suggestions.This researchmainly uses research methods such as questionnaire survey.Through the investigation andsearch of relevant materials,the concept and research status of the brain drain and talentsafety issues are comprehensively researched,and the problems are found and analyzed tomake reasonable suggestions.Through the research on the status of talent flow and talentsafety of Shenyang Lianye Zhenghe Technology Co.,Ltd.,it is found that the brain drain ofShenyang Lianye Zhenghe Technology Co.,Ltd.is serious,and it is analyzed from fouraspects:salary,promotion system,training system and corporate culture.In order to reducethe loss rate of talents in enterprises,an improvement plan was proposed,including perfectinga reasonable and fair salary system,perfecting the career development planning of employees,and establishing a scientific management concept.Hope to bring guiding measures andopinions to the human resources management of the enterprise.Key words:The flow of talent;Reverse flow;talent loss;Talent security;measures
