本科论文AbstractFor every enterprise,employees have always been the most valuable assetof the enterprise.From this perspective,the degree of satisfaction of employeeswill affect all aspects of employees in the enterprise.Further impact on thebusiness status and competitiveness of the enterprise.Employee behavior,subjective initiative and creativity,enterprise managers for their behavior is noteasy to handle,but they can influence the enterprise,they sometimes,and evendecide the degree of development of an enterprise,in an enterprise,if theemployee satisfaction is higher,they will be full of enthusiasm and creativity,towork in his post on enthusiasm,bring economic value for the enterprise.Lowsatisfaction will reduce work efficiency,cause the loss of talents,make theenterprise lose competitiveness,and affect the development of the enterprise.Therefore,managers should fully consider the ideas and requirements ofemployees in their work,and from the perspective of employees,fully stimulatetheir enthusiasm and creativity,so that they can be full of enthusiasm andvitality in their work,so as to promote the development of the enterprise,whichis full of competitive advantages in the complex market environment.As an example,this paper takes shenyang xanadu outsourcing servicecompany on its internal staff satisfaction this thesis carries on the analysis andresearch,the methods of questionnaire investigation,literature research,combining theory with practice,from the employees'basic needs and currentcompensation and welfare system,the study of employee satisfaction,to find thefactors affecting employee satisfaction,analyze the influencing factors ofinterpretation,find a solution and measures.Keywords:employee satisfaction;survey;analysis;enterprise;profit
