北凉理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计（论文）Research on the On-the-Job Training Mode of Civil AviationMaintenanceABSTRACTWith the steady development of China's civil aviation industry,the demand for high-qualitypersonnel in the civil aviation industry has increased dramatically.Aircraft maintenancepersonnel are an important guarantee for maintaining the safety of aircraft.During thedevelopment of aircraft maintenance,it is not only inseparable from the experience of oldemployees,but also the infusion of fresh blood is crucial.How to effectively match it?How toachieve the purpose of passing on gangs?How to formulate scientific and reasonable periodictraining?How to build a standardized locomotive training echelon team?The author believesthat this is also an important issue that civil aviation companies need to solve at present.Thisarticle studies the on-the-job training model of civil aviation personnel,mainly reflected in thefollowing aspects,namely:The first is to introduce the relevant concepts of aircraft maintenance personnel,and introducethe types,characteristics and the meaning of the current On-the-Job training mode of civilaviation in China.The second is to focus on the analysis of the development of civil aviation On-the-Job trainingin China,and point out the shortcomings in the implementation process.There are errors in thetarget positioning,resulting in unsatisfactory results evaluation,lack of training needs analysis,training content is not combined with the actual practice model,etc.Thirdly,it analyzes the factors affecting civil aviation in-service training,and analyzes itscomponents in detail:external factors and internal factors.It is hoped that this factor can be usedas a reference for the route selection of civil aviation in-service training in ChinaFourthly,aiming at the problems existing in the on-the-job training mode of civil aviation,drawing on the advanced technology of the new era,and proposing relevant trainingcountermeasures under the premise of economic permission,in an effort to achieve the besttraining effectKey words:civil aviation maintenance personnel on-the-job training talent cultivationmodel2
