本科论文AbstractSMEs are receiving more and more attention in our economic system.In the report of the19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,from the standpoint of history andthe times,the Party clearly put forward socialist ideas and basic strategies with Chinesecharacteristics in the new era,and pointed out that it is necessary to continue to increasesupport for small and medium-sized enterprises.In the era of high-speed economicdevelopment,times are changing,and companies must keep up with the changes.In additionto capital competition and technology competition,today's corporate competition cares moreand more about the competition of human resources.Employees have gradually become thecore of corporate management,which requires corporate management to further strengthenthe emphasis on human resource management.Among them,employee motivation is a veryimportant part and the key to grasping talents and improving performance.This thesis takes Dalian Buyunshan Drinking Water Co.,Ltd as the main research object,and researches and discusses from the perspective of employee motivation andcountermeasures.I hope that with the help of the research process and results,I cansupplement the suggestions on topics related to domestic employee motivation.There aresome problems and deficiencies in the human resource management and use of DalianBuyunshan Enterprise,as well as lack of professionalism.This is also a common phenomenonand problem in SMEs.It has common characteristics and helps the overall theoretical research.The practical problem of employee motivation can not only improve employee motivationand performance,but also provide new development momentum for enterprise development,and further play a role in promoting economic and social development.Key words:employee motivation;SMEs;salary;human resource management
