杭州电子科技大学继续教育学院毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTSince the implementation of China's reform and opening up,tourism has become the firstindustry in China to integrate with the world economy,and China's market economy is alsodeveloping rapidly.Under the environment of information technology,the developmentmomentum of tourism is also intensifying.Opening all kinds of hotels,such as small andmedium-sized hotels,international chain hotels,specialty hotels,and even foreign five-starhotels,have formed a boom in our country,and foreign enterprises are also very concernedabout China's important consumer market.In this process,the unprecedented economicdevelopment and the fierce international situation are also a major challenge to thedevelopment of the hotel industry.The rapid development of China's hotel industry is also inthe fierce international market competition,gradually revealed the development status of theenterprise's own construction and development status does not match the problem.This paper takes the construction of the corporate culture of the Great Wall Hotel as anexample,discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the corporateculture of the Great Wall Hotel from different perspectives,and makes a detailed analysis ofthe problems in the construction of the spiritual connotation of the corporate culture of theGreat Wall Hotel,the cultural connotation of the Great Wall Hotel management system,thebehavioral culture construction of the Great Wall Hotel,the material culture construction ofthe Great Wall Hotel,etc.The problems encountered in the process of cultural construction ofthe Great Wall Hotel are discussed in detail,in order to promote the healthy development ofChinese hotels through continuous improvement of corporate culture management andmanagement methods,so as to provide a new way of thinking and method for the constructionof tourism industry in China..Key words:Corporate culture;Great Wall Hotel;Enterprise management
