Plant design for producing elementalsulfur from flue gas sulfur dioxideAbstractBecause of the serious problem of sulfur dioxide gas pollution,this paper aims toremove sulfur dioxide from flue gas and make sulfur,realize waste gas utilization andenvironmental protection.In this paper,the dry gas desulfurization process of carbonmonoxide catalytic reduction of sulfur dioxide sulfur to sulfur,there are three systems,respectively,after the analysis of sulfur dioxide gas treatment system,reaction systemand product recovery system.The method has not yet been industrialized,and Aspenplus simulation is possible for the future industrialization,which makes the future fgdprocess more simple,efficient and safe.Keywords:Flue gas desulfurization;sulfur;carbon monoxide;selective catalysis
