北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production Process and Workshop Design of Lithium Iron Phosphatebattery for BYD Car with 10GWh Annual OutputAbstractLithium-ion battery is a new type of green high-energy battery that developed rapidly inthe middle and late 20th century,and its application in power vehicles has attracted muchattention.Lithium iron phosphate power battery is the positive electrode active material islithium iron phosphate material,which has the advantages of high theoretical specific capacity,high safety,good thermal stability,long cycle life and low price.BYD is currently the world'slargest supplier oflithium iron phosphate power batteries,and maintains a zero battery accidentrecord.The size of the lithium iron phosphate battery cell designed this time is 173 x 125 x 50(unit:mm),combined with BYD's original battery production scheme and process,and madesome improvements in line with the development trend of the new energy power batteryindustry.From the topic selection,design plan,process design,battery parameter calculation,cost accounting,material input calculation,equipment selection,workshop layout,to threewaste disposal,etc.,complete the annual output of 10GWh of BYD electric iron phosphate forelectric vehicles Lithium ion battery production process design and workshop layout design.Keywords:Lithium ion battery;lithium iron phosphate;battery production process design;power battery
