AbstractThe use of supercapacitors is affected by environmental factors,but fewscientists have studied them.This paper studies the effect of ambient temperature onthe capacitance of supercapacitors.Its sensitivity has been explored to ambienttemperature by designing a unique capacitor.In this experiment,natural graphite andsurface-treated graphite were used as electrode materials and ionic liquid aselectrolyte.The influence of the test frequency when other conditions are the same isdiscussed.At the same time,the change trend of the capacitance value of the supercapacitor,the leakage loss and the sensitivity of the super capacitor to thetemperature when the temperature changes from 0C to 80C are tested.The resultsshow that when the supercapacitor plates are filled with ionic liquid,the distance andtemperature between the plates have almost no effect on the capacitance value;As thetemperature increases,the capacitance value of the supercapacitor increases;Thesensitivity of the processed supercapacitor has increased several times.Keywords:Super capacitor;Temperature;Ionic liquid
