Study on the improvement of anti-slipand wear resistance of EVA for soleAbstractIn this paper,the improvement direction of anti-skid and wear-resistant performance ofEVA sole material is studied,and the influence of additives on the anti-skid andwear-resistant performance of EVA sole material is further analyzed.The experimental datawere analyzed with the change of DCP crosslinking agent,AC foaming agent,calciumcarbonate and EVA /EPDM mass fraction.The amount of DCP can directly affect the crosslinking degree of the molecular chain,and the increase of DCP can improve the wear resistance of EVA material for sole,but reduceits corresponding skid resistance.With the increase of AC content,the dry skid resistance ofEVA material is improved,but the wear resistance of EVA material is decreased.At highcrosslinking degree,the change of the anti-skid and wear resistance of the material is the sameas that at low crosslinking degree,but the wear resistance is improved.The wet skidresistance is controlled by two behaviors,one is the ability to catch water,the other is theability to drain water.These two abilities are determined by the flexibility and hardness of theresin,the ability to catch water is determined by the flexibility of the resin,and the ability todrain water is determined by the hardness of the resin.The effect of calcium carbonate is thesame as that of bubbles,which can improve the dry skid resistance of EVA resin.However,compared with the effect of bubbles,the effect of calcium carbonate can increase the hardnessof the resin,and reduce its wet skid resistance and wear resistance.EPDM plays the same roleas DCP in the resin,improving its wear resistance and skid resistance.Keywords:EVA for sole;EVA;antiskid;wear resistance;improvement◇
