生物降解包装材料的研究

生物降解包装材料的研究摘要：作为能够自源头方面将“白色污染”的问题予以解决的环境友好型材料的生物降解包装材料正以其巨大的优越性而为现在的社会越来越重视对它的技术研究开发以及推广应用。本文就淀粉基生物降解塑料、聚羟基脂肪酸酯和PLA以及PBS的主要的特性、研究现状及存在问题进行了阐述。通过对材料的结构进行改性或者与其他可降解材料共混，可以使材料的使用性能和降解效果更加突出。目前制约我国生物降解包装材料实际应用的主要问题来源于包装工艺，因为它直接决定了包装的质量和成本，因此，降低材料的成本是至关重要的，也是决定了能否实现产品的包装设计。这样，相关材料就能够在生活和生产之中得到更加广泛地应用。由于我们使用的数量很多，用完以后又随意扔掉，塑料垃圾大量地产生，严重破坏了环境，这引起了全球各国政府和人民的高度重视。近几年，国家出台限塑政策，从源头上入手强化监管，同时积极推广代替产品。对生物降解包装材料在食品和化妆品领域的应用进行了论述，并对生物降解包装材料前景进行展望。关键词：包装材料生物降解改性共混Study on biodegradable packaging materialsStudent majoring in Packaging engineeringLi XiuxueTutorCai FangAbstract:Biodegradable packaging materials are environmentally friendly materials that caneffectively solve the problem of"white pollution"from the source.Now more and more attentionis paid to its technical research,development and promotion application.At present,the mainproblem restricting the practical application of biodegradable packaging materials in China comesfrom the packaging process,because it directly determines the quality and cost of packaging.Therefore,it is crucial to reduce the cost of materials,which also determines whether the productpackaging design can be realized.In this paper,the characteristics,research status and existingproblems of starch-based biodegradable plastics,polyhydroxy fatty acid ester (PHA),polylacticacid (PLA)and polybutylene succinate (PBS)were reviewed.Because we use a lot of,after theuse of random throw away,a large number of plastic waste,serious damage to the environment,which has caused the world's govemments and people to attach great importance to.In recentyears,the country has issued a policy to limit plastic,strengthen supervision from the source,andactively promote altemative products.By modifying the structure of the material or blending itwith other degradable materials,the service performance and degradation effect of the materialcan be optimized,so that it can be used more widely in production and life.The application ofbiodegradable packaging materials in food and cosmetics was discussed,and the prospect ofbiodegradable packaging materials was prospected.Key words:Packaging materials;biodegradation Environmental;modified;blending1
